La Vue Perfume – Return & Refund Policy
At La Vue, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, we’re here to help.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

in the same condition you received it
-
unused / unopened (for perfumes, the seal and packaging must be intact for hygiene reasons)

with all original tags, boxes, and packaging
-
with a receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
Please email us at info.lavueqa@gmail.com to request a return.
Once your return is approved, we will email you:

a return shipping label (if applicable), and
-
instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items
Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us right away with photos so we can review it and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

Return the item following the above process, and

Place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or card provider may need extra time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info.lavueqa@gmail.com.
