We do our best to deliver your order safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please read the details below so you know what to expect 👇🏽
1. Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
(During launches, promotions, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.)
2. Shipping Within Qatar
  • We offer local delivery within Qatar.
  • Standard delivery time: 1–3 business days (depending on location).
  • Delivery fee: will be shown at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp/Email.
  • Cash on delivery (if applicable) may have an additional charge.
3. GCC / International Shipping
  • We can arrange shipping to GCC and international destinations.
  • Shipping rates and delivery time will depend on the destination, courier, and weight of the order.
  • Any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Delivery Attempts
  • Please make sure your address, mobile number, and location are correct.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to wrong address / unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number or delivery update (email / WhatsApp).
  • If you don’t receive tracking within 2 business days, please contact us.
6. Damaged / Missing Items
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If your item arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos so we can assist you.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery are not covered.
7. Undeliverable / Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to:
  • wrong address,
  • not answering courier,
  • not paying delivery fee (if COD),
    then re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
